Budget Plans

Would you like to spread out your heating cost over a year? With HL's 12 month budget plan, you can do it!

With our convenient plans, you make one monthly payment to cover your fuel cost. No more running to the mailbox, making multiple monthly payments or leaving money to get the best cash price!

HL offers three different budget plans to choose from. As always, with HL Fuel there is never an additional charge for budget plans. Although the budget begins in June, we can start you later to get on a plan.

Plan 1 - Cash Price

You will pay the cash price for each delivery, which will be subtracted from your budget credit. Customers without a credit approved account with HL must have a credit balance to cover fuel cost. There are no additional fees, providing your payment is made by the 15th of each month.

Plan 2 - Discount

This program is offered for our customers who wants a budget plan with convenience of automatic delivery. With this plan, you will receive a 2 - cent per gallon discount off our cash price. This program is for credit approved, automatic delivery customers.

Plan 3 - Fixed Price

Contact HL Fuel on for Rates. You will be billed at HL's locked in rate for all deliveries between September 1st and April 15th under the conditions of the fixed price plan. - No other discounts are applicable with this plan.

How we estimate your budget

HL will review your past usage. If you are unsure, we can help you estimate your usage. From this, we estimate your fuel cost, but remember you will pay the cash or fixed price depending on the plan you choose. We will review your plan to make sure you are paying a monthly payment high enough to cover your fuel costs. At the end of the budget, your fuel cost will be covered by your payments.
