Important Policies

HL Fuel Co Inc. requires C.O.D. payment or payment online unless you are set up as a charge account customer. If you are a charge customer, we will leave the bill and you will have 10 days to pay the cash price. Your prompt payment allows us to buy fuel at the most competitive rates, which we pass on to you. Payment after 10 days will be at our charge price which is 10 cents per gallon more.

Third Party Notice

If you are on Automatic Delivery, you have the right to select a third party to be notified in case of termination of your fuel service. Please let us know if you decide you want someone notified in this case.

Plastic Fill Pipes - Plastic fill and vent pipes can no longer be used. Steel piping is required for all lines. No pipes extending out of the building should terminate inside the building. Damage and/or spills resulting from improper or defective equipment will not be the responsibility of HL Fuel Co. Inc.
