Fixed Price Plans
for the upcoming heating season

Our pre-paid fixed or locked-in price plans are a great
way to protect you and to help you plan your fuel costs for the upcoming heating season. These
plans are designed to protect you from price increases during the cold winter
months.
With these plans, you pay a set amount per gallon during the time between
September 1st and April 15th of the following year.
We offer two programs:
1). Prepaid Fixed Price
Plan, that allows you to prepay for all your fuel usage at a set price.
2). Fixed Price Plan that allows you to pay a locked-in price at the time of
each delivery.

| Automatic Delivery |
All deliveries between September
1st and April 15th would be made on an automatic delivery schedule and be billed
at the locked-in rate. This plan can also be combined with a
Budget Plan if you wish,
to spread out your heating costs.

| For the 2001-2002 season, our Prepaid Fixed
Price Plan payments must be received before August 31st.
