| As the busy heating season approaches,
we would like to remind you of a few very important policies, including a
list of delivery days according to the areas you live in.
1. When you are calling in to order fuel, you must call at least one day in advance of your normal delivery day. If your normal delivery day is Monday, you must call in by Saturday. If you call in to order fuel on your delivery day, you may be charged an off-day delivery charge if we have already passed your area. 2. During the heating season our drivers start making deliveries early in the morning; therefore, going back to an area we've already done puts us behind on deliveries to other people. If they are done making deliveries in your area and we need to go back, there will be an additional charge from $39.00 to $49.00 depending on the area we have to return. 3. Please call when your tank is between 1/2 to 1/4 full to avoid running out of fuel and having to pay more for your delivery. 4. During the heating season, it may take us 2-3 days to complete all deliveries in your area due to weather and driveway conditions. If you are leaving payment for your delivery, we ask that you leave it out until the delivery can be made. Since our drivers call in during the evening to let us know which deliveries they will be unable to make. We will do our best to contact you if we will be running late. H.L. Fuel Co.
